Hello there!
I am a visual communications designer, with experience in team management and the Adobe Creative Cloud. Through my experience working with JK Graphics as a graphic designer, and on-going experience as the graphic designer for BRAVE Books in Montgomery, TX, I have gained an understanding in creating visual imagery in a professional setting while showing thorough knowledge in print design, product design, motion graphics, and social media imagery. I use my passion for creating visual imagery to provide exceptional storytelling while remaining conscientious. I am always willing to learn new skills and design styles from my inspirations so that I may someday also be able to inspire others and spread my imagination.
Through this desire to learn more and create stories, I have been able to earn my time in the spotlight with the Live Action Excellence award from the 2017 Texas Bullet Train Student Short Film Competition, helping my three-person team win $5000 for ourselves and $2000 for our department. My duties for the project involved capturing majority of the live-action footage, pre-editing all footage before motion graphics were added, and editing all audio for the background music and narration. This incredible milestone in my life has only made my passion for graphic design burn brighter and has helped me march onward through the path of graphic design and videography.
